RULES RELATED TO ADMISION IN CLASS 9th & 11th

1. Entrance Exam will be held on scheduled Date.

2. At the time of admission the age of the student should be 3 Years in class NC , 4 Year in LKG, 5 year in UKG, 11 year in 6th, 14 year in 9th and 16 years in 11th class.

3. It is compulsory to pass Highschool (10th class) with 75% marks for the admission in class 11th.

4. At the time of admission the original copy of transfer certificate issued from last school need to be submitted. The transfer Certificate issued by the school other than Pilibhit District should be countersigned by the DIOS of that District.

5. To checkout the ability of the students the question papers for Entrance Exam will be prepared on the basis of High school syllabus for 11th class, 8th syllabus for 9th class & 5th syllabus of Sarswati Shishu Mandir & U.P. Board for class 6th. The written exam will comprise of questions, both objective & descriptive. Total number of Marks & Timing will be as follows.

6. Students will be selected on the basis of marks obtained by the selection committee. Selection committee can take an interview according to the need in which the students must be aware. All authorities of allowing admission are under control of the Principal and must be acceptable to all.

Some other important Rules :

◆There is no provision of giving information regarding the marks obtained in entrance Exam.
◆he list of selected students will be pasted on the notice board of the school. The students will not be informed individually.
◆It is compulsory to confirm admission for the selected students with in scheduled date otherwise the selection will be cancelled automatically and in place of them the candidates of waiting list will be selected.

ADMISSION IN OTHER CLASSES

Admission in 7th & 8th classes is subjected to vacancy. The admission in 11th class is only possible after the submission of the High school marks-sheet. The written & oral exam will be held for admission in class 11th.
